Miso and Mushroom Soup

I love having one of these with my dinner every night

Ate full box in a week. Very good. Would also like to see this in a larger cube.

I am so glad I decided to try this product! The flavor is fantastic and is ready to eat almost instantly. I have been bringing the packs to work to enjoy on my break.

This soup is great! Hearty, light, flavorful. Tastes like home cooking with almost zero effort. It is so worth it.

Absolutely amazing soup. I have tried each flavor and they are packed with flavor. I would have thought I was sitting in a restaurant having a cup of their soup, very rich, very flavorful. My only complaint is that they are one serving size. I would really love to have a bigger serving, a full mug of soup but I could just put two together. Absolutely amazing. I can't wait to purchase more.

For a quick break and this is delicious

My order from Sup Foods arrived and I was eager to try it. I ordered the three vegan varieties, and I’ve tried the mushroom and miso first. I was disappointed that the sodium content was so high, since my doctor recommended a low sodium diet for me. But since the majority of my diet is very low sodium, I figured I’d be okay having the soup once in a while, not every day. My next disappointment was the difference between the picture on the packaging and the product in my bowl. Instead of a bowl filled with lots of mushrooms, there were only three or four in the cube. I did enjoy the soup. The flavor and texture were very good, and in spite of the high sodium content, the flavor wasn’t too salty. One cube with the recommended 3/4 cup of water made a nice addition to a meal. Giving the soup the recommended time to sit allowed the texture to develop, and although the ingredients were freeze dried, everything tasted fresh. I’m looking forward to trying the other two varieties, and anticipating they’ll be similar quality. Bottom line - very nice product, less sodium and more veggies would make it much better for me. Three boxes with five packets in each, spread out over a few days between servings, will last me for a couple of a couple of months. I’m glad I bought them, and they’ll be an easy, convenient, tasty treat. When I want a big, filling, hearty bowl of soup, I’ll chop some fresh vegetables, lots of garlic and onions, add some beans and tofu, add some ethnic spices, no salt or msg or soy sauce, and make a big batch.

This soup should be renamed, seaweed soup with few slices of mushrooms and no discernable Miso... If it were described as such I might have given it a better score but it wasn't. That said, lots and lots of seaweed... a few tiny slivers of mushroom and seriously... no miso. Maybe it's a quality control problem.

A bit used to miso. This is nice, though. Not overpowering, and good for a break from the others. I keep eating it, though. Thanks.

I love all of the soups. Taste like my mom's but so much easier and more convenient for work and travel. I hope you make an asparagus crab egg drop soup one day and chè.

These taste great and seem wholesome with a freshness that is impressive for a freeze dried product.

It's okay, lacked salt

I just received my soups in the mail, and they all taste great. I have enjoyed all of them so far. There is so much flavor in such a little packet.

Love all these soups

So quick and easy. The taste is fantastic and at around $2 a serving is great value. I just add 2 minute noodles and a few vegetables from the fridge fir a substantial lunch or dinner.

I found this soup very nice and easy to make. I added some spinach too and some salt reduced soy sauce. Would definitely buy again.
