Taste better than i expected

Honestly so impressed by this Canh Chua soup! I didn't expect much from a instant version, but the broth had that perfect sweet and sour kick. Super easy to make, light, and delicious. 10/10 recommendation if you need a fast meal fix that actually tastes fresh!

I seriously don’t know how this tastes as good as it does! I’m looking at this unassuming little freeze dried cube and just hoping it isn’t too disappointing. I add the water and stare as the ingredients come to life. Wait…is that okra? Ooh…i see tomatoes and bean sprouts and onion and pineapple…this…this smells good!

I go in for my first taste and bam!!! It SLAPS!!! The FLAVOR is off the charts. I am soooooooooo happy right now! I can’t believe I can bring this to work and have Vietnamese soup whenever I want!

Not enough umami flavor - or any flavor at all for me. Maybe something to use in a pinch, like hiking, but I think most Asian cooks could assemble something better with ingredients they already have. I wanted to like this soup, but really didn't. :-(

The flavor of this soup was really good. My complaint is that the shrimp is teeny tiny and the portion is smaller than what I’m used to. The package looks larger in the photos.
