Global Shipping & Delivery Policy

SUP Foods ships within Australia and the United States through trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partners and national courier networks. This policy applies to all orders placed through supfoods.com.au (Australia) and supfoods.co (United States).

1. Where We Ship

Australia
We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

United States
We ship within the continental U.S. (mainland) and offer limited service to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping
At this stage, SUP Foods does not ship internationally outside the U.S. or Australia.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1 United States (SUP Foods LLC)

Mainland U.S.

Free shipping on orders $50 USD or more
Flat-rate $8.95 USD shipping for orders under $49.99 USD
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Alaska & Hawaii

Due to higher carrier costs:
Flat $15 USD shipping fee applies

• Free shipping on orders $70+ USD

2.2 Australia (SUP Foods Pty Ltd)

National Shipping

Free shipping on orders $70 AUD or more
Flat-rate $8.95 AUD shipping for orders under $70 AUD
 • Delivery times vary based on metro, regional, or remote locations.

3. Dispatch & Processing

• Orders are dispatched only after full payment is confirmed
• Standard dispatch time: 1–3 business days
• Pre-orders or high-volume periods may require extra time
• A dispatch confirmation email (with tracking where available) will be issued once the order leaves our warehouse

SUP Foods and its 3PL partners operate Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers including:
Sendle, Australia Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers.

Because couriers operate independently:
• delivery times are estimates only
• delays caused by carriers, weather, volume spikes, or external disruptions are outside SUP Foods’ control
• SUP Foods is not liable for carrier-related delays

5. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.
SUP Foods is not responsible for:
• failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses
• parcels delivered to wrong addresses entered by customers & delays caused by inaccessible delivery locations.

6. Changing Delivery Details

• You must contact us immediately if you need to amend your delivery address
• Changes can only be made before dispatch
• Once an order is with the courier, redirection may not be possible

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If you are not available during delivery:
• the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place (authority-to-leave)
• or deliver to a collection point
• or attempt a re-delivery (depending on courier policy)

If two failed delivery attempts occur due to customer error or unavailability:
• SUP Foods may cancel the order
• Any refund will be at our discretion, minus:
– applicable Cancellation Fee
– all delivery and handling fees incurred

8. Risk & Title

Risk Transfer

The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction passes to you:
→ once the products leave our warehouse (Australia & U.S.)

After dispatch:
• SUP Foods is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered parcels
• Delivery issues must be raised directly with the courier

Title Transfer

Ownership of the products passes to you only when payment is received in full.

If you resell the products before title passes:
• you do so as SUP Foods’ fiduciary agent, and
• proceeds of sale must be held on trust for SUP Foods in a separate account

9. Undeliverable or Restricted Areas

SUP Foods reserves the right to:
• refuse delivery to specific addresses
• decline shipments to high-risk, inaccessible, or remote regions
• request an alternative address
• allow you to arrange your own courier (at your cost)

If you use your own courier, all liability transfers to you upon pickup.

10. Acceptance of Delivery

Anyone at the delivery address, or any person collecting on your behalf, is considered authorised to receive the parcel.

Acceptance of delivery constitutes:
• confirmation the products were received in good condition
• acknowledgement the correct items were delivered

A signature or authority-to-leave may be required depending on courier policy.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

• SUP Foods is not liable for parcels marked as Delivered by the courier
• External packaging may be dented, scratched, or creased due to normal transit handling
• If the product inside is intact and matches the description, this does not qualify as a defective item
 • Claims for transit-damaged parcels must be directed to the courier

12. Packaging Variations

Packaging may vary due to updates, design improvements, or supplier changes.

Even if the packaging differs from images shown online:
• the product inside will always match the product description
• quality and content remain the same

This does not constitute grounds for refund or return.

13. Delivery Delays

SUP Foods is not liable for any:
• courier delays
• extreme weather
• customs or border delays (U.S. shipments)
• shortages of freight capacity
• pandemic-related disruptions
• Force Majeure events

However, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any known delays affecting your order.

14. Product Quality & Safe Handling

All products are carefully packed to protect them during transit.
Because our soups are freeze-dried food items subject to food safety regulations, they cannot be:
• returned
• redirected once shipped
• cancelled after dispatch
 • resold after leaving controlled storage
