We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

United States
We ship within the continental U.S. (mainland) and offer limited service to Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping
At this stage, SUP Foods does not ship internationally outside the U.S. or Australia.

• Free shipping on orders $50 USD or more
• Flat-rate $6.95 USD shipping for orders under $49.99 USD
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Alaska & Hawaii

Due to higher carrier costs:
• Flat $15 USD shipping fee applies

• Free shipping on orders $70+ USD

National Shipping

• Free shipping on orders $70 AUD or more
• Flat-rate $8.95 AUD shipping for orders under $70 AUD

3. Dispatch & Processing

• Orders are dispatched only after full payment is confirmed
• Standard dispatch time: 1–3 business days
• Pre-orders or high-volume periods may require extra time
• A dispatch confirmation email (with tracking where available) will be issued once the order leaves our warehouse
